LED Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy is the treatment of human tissue with specific red and near infrared wavelengths of light at certain concentrations to induce therapeutic benefits. Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light to treat skin issues such as stretch marks, wrinkles, scars and persistent wounds, among other conditions. This frequency of light penetrates deep into the body’s building blocks and boosts blood flow and collagen production.
The NüdTøx
Our NÜDTØX signature treatments are designed to clean, brighten and restore overall health to the skin. This treatment is performed in a private wet room that incorporates water therapy.
All of our treatments include a manual lymphatic massage that helps to promote the movement of lymph fluid around the body. Lymph massages support the body's internal filtration system by following the natural flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to push toxins and excess waste to centers of the body where excretion is carried out—aiding in support of your immune system. This improves overall blood circulation and can even help to reduce cellulite or uneven skin tones.

Nüd emphasizes the healing properties in hydrotherapy treatments that use the targeted application of hot and cold water to improve circulation, accelerate detoxification, and enhance overall well-being. Hydrotherapy works by optimizing your circulation, which in turn affects your overall physiology. When your circulation improves, so does the flow of your vital fluids—blood and lymph. Our treatments use contrast therapy: Alternating hot and cold exposures that stimulate your vascular system and encourage better circulation.
The K-Body Scrub
Designed to clean, brighten and restore overall health to your skin. Our full body scrub experience begins with our moisturizing milk body polish, full of antioxidants and nutrients, applied to the body to remove dead skin cells, promote blood circulation, calm inflammation, and brighten and tighten the skin. Followed by a traditional Korean body scrub to stimulate and exfoliate the skin. We finish the treatment with a gentle manual lymphatic massage designed to encourage the removal of toxins through the draining of the lymph nodes.
